The Homework Assistance Program and the Summer Program are always in need of adult volunteers and/or substitutes.
No prior teaching experience is necessary just a little patience and a willingness to work with great young people. Share your knowledge and encouragement with students who need your help with assignments and projects.
A background check will be completed on all potential volunteers. Vecinos Unidos cannot accept volunteers who are required to perform court mandated service.
To start, please download, print, and complete all three of the the attached forms and bring them with you to the first session you attend. If you have any questions, please send an email to info@vecinosunidos.org
Background Check This form must be notarized. Vecinos Unidos will pay for the cost of the background check.
